As part of the prestigious event, 18th CSAMSE Annual Conference (CSAMSE 2026), we are delighted to invite submissions for the Best Paper Award, recognizing exceptional contributions advancing the theory and applications in the field of Management Science and Engineering.
Submission Guidelines
Topics of Interest
We welcome high-quality research papers addressing cutting-edge topics in management science/operations research, operations and supply chain management, information systems, data science and related interdisciplinary fields.
Originality
Submissions must present original, unpublished work that demonstrates significant theoretical, methodological, or practical contributions.
Format
Papers should follow the INFORMS or POMS template (available on INFORMS website) and not exceed 32 pages, including references, figures, and tables.
Submission Deadline: All submissions must be received by April 20, 2026.
Submission Portal: Papers should be submitted electronically via the conference submission system at the conference website (announced in the 3rd call).
Evaluation Process
Submissions will be rigorously reviewed by five field experts in the first-round based on the following criteria:
- Problem Importance / Interest
- Problem Modeling
- Results (Analytical, Computational, Empirical, etc.)
- Paper Writing
- Relevance to China's Economic Development
Shortlisted papers based on their scores in the first-round will be invited for presentation at the conference, and the final winners will be determined by the combined scores of the first-round evaluation and by the on-site judgers.
Award Details
The Best Paper Award winners (including a first prize, a second prize and two third prizes) will receive a certificate of recognition, a cash prize (possible), and an opportunity to present their work in a dedicated plenary session at the conference.
